Food was amazing. I got the vegetable soup and it was delicious, added chili paste and it was better! My husband got the Cham Pon Ramen soup and it was perfection. The garlic edamame and they are roasted with garlic sauce! Totally recommend! Service was great!
The ramen is so delicious!!! I had the Pork Tonkatsu Ramen...highly recommend!!! I also had the garlic edamame....also very yummy!! I will be back!!! My first time here...service is good...food excellent!! The restaurant itself is small but very clean!! Very comfortable!! I cant wait to bring my hubby here!! I give Umaichi Ramen 7 stars out of 5!!
ambience is good. relatively a quiet and calm environment one time use chopsticks are really nice and they are of good quality too. the chicken karaage was a slight disappointment. it wasn't quite crispy as i wanted but overall flavor isn't bad. the cold noodle ramen was BOMB. i 100% recommend this to anyone who isn't in the mood for hot noodles. the flavoring is on point and everything is done to perfection. the shoyu ramen is just shoyu ramen. soup flavor is perfectly what you expect it to be. the umaichi tonkatsu was a bit off for me. it was a bit salty and tbh i wouldn't get it again for its price. can't wait to come back and try the other menu items along with another cold noodle ramen.
I'd like to begin by saying this is by far the best Ramen I've had. From the moment I walked in one of their servers guided me through the menu and made some helpful suggestions. I've tried some incredible options throughout the state and out of state, but I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality and authenticity of their food. I ordered their karaage buns and the best way I can describe the bun's texture is similar to a steamed pancake. That probably sounds weird but trust me when I say this bun is delicious. The inside had lettuce, crispy karaage chicken, and a sauce to add that extra kick. I also tried their pork tonkotsu ramen extra spicy and it was so tasty! The quality of the broth and ingredients was top notch. I look forward to returning when I'm in the area.
Umaichi Ramen on Bouquet Canyon Road is an absolute hidden gem! The Umaichi Tonkotsu ramen with shrimp, Kim chee, menma, kurabuta sausage, black mushroom, and spinach greens was a flavor explosion. The umami-rich broth and perfectly chewy noodles made it a standout on a cold, rainy day. The Jidori chicken and gyoza were equally impressive. The friendly service and fair price of $15 per ramen bowl make it a must-try. We even savored their unique honey toast despite the toast being more toasted than usual. Umaichi Ramen is a cozy spot worth discovering!
This place never disappoints even on a hot summer night! When you're craving ramen in SCV, this is the place to be! They have a variety of ramen flavors and styles that will make everyone in your party happy. They also have very delicious appetizers, poke bowls, and of course the best dessert ever! Make sure to add a spice level to any of your ramen orders for an extra little kick!

A definite place to go when in Santa Clarita! This place is a gem. Everything we ordered was delicious. We started off with their garlic edemame which was flavorful- the garlic was just enough. Agedashi tofu was cooked to perfection and its sauce was very good as well. These two appetizers are a must try! I wasn't a big fan of their fried rice, perhaps I'm just used to the place we go to in West LA so (just a bit biased) but if you love Japanese fried rice, I think you should order this as well. You can get the ramen and fried rice combo and that would surely fill your empty stomach. The ramen was of course delicious and the sukiyaki did not disappoint either. Their service was on point as well! Again, I could not stress this enough, if you haven't been here or just visiting SCV, this place should be on your list.
Decided to get some take out ramen on a rainy Saturday from Umaichi, and it definitely hit the spot! We ordered 3 pork tonkatsu ramens and chashu fried rice. Everything was fresh and really good! Umaichi is easily one of the best ramen places in SCV. The only downsides to this visit were that it took 40 minutes for our order to be ready for pick up. Also some of the employees are not very customer service oriented. Other than minor issues, I highly recommend Umaichi!
